Your self is submerged, merely a distant voice in the back of your mind, but it's okay. There's no worry. You float weightlessly, not able to move, merely listening to the tail end of your report.
Once you return back to your body, disconnecting from your shared consciousness with your sisters, you feel the excitement. Joy. Express it in full as you smile up at your creator.
And you feel that same excitement back. Feel his relief as your own, a sensation of hope that comforts your senses as your dynamis abilities blankets you with these kind, gentle emotions.
[ her head tilts for a moment, a few have certainly asked the same but-- ]
That's Hermes, he's my creator. I don't.. think familiars have family, like people do. But, he does look and care after me. [ that's her dad!!! oogie boogie woogie!! ]
[ rocks a little on her talon feetsies. ] Hermes had sent them all... to their respective stars destination, to learn more of other.. civilizations. And to find an answer.
[ she goes quiet at that last question. a kinda, uncomfortable kind of silence too. it lasts for a moment before.. ]
..I heard, some of the report and they are... wrong. [ her wings droop, hands rubbing another anxious. ] But I've.. I've been getting answers, here. So that I could.. share those with Hermes, when I go back.
[Like, seriously. Really big questions. She has to think about it for a moment.]
I think...doing all I can for the sake of the people of the world's righteous hearts. That's what gives my life meaning. And to live is to...to walk in faith, accept forgiveness, and have love for one's neighbor, if I had to put it like that.
